He is an expert in designing and implementing business forms, workflows, portals and code based solutions. He also develops and provides customised hands-on training. Tanaka is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified IT Professional and has successfully completed the CTT+ Train the Trainer course.
